Art Tabula is a trade-only producer of hand-painted art, operated by ABS Legacy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, United States.

What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect:
- NameThe name you provide on the form.
- CompanyYour business or studio name.
- Email addressSo we can reply to your enquiry.
- Project detailsAnything you include in your message.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell products or take payments through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your information.
How it is handled and stored
Our website is hosted by Netlify, and contact and quote forms are processed through Formspree, which delivers your submission to us by email via Google Workspace. These providers process your data on our behalf so we can receive and respond to your message.

We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and any ongoing business relationship, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it.

Third parties
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this site and respond to you — currently our hosting provider (Netlify), our form provider (Formspree), and our email provider (Google Workspace) — and only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information where required by law.
Children
This website is intended for business and trade use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
